Fees and Forms

Margaret Thompson, LCSW $190 per 45 minute session

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and HSA’s (Health Savings Account).

Our services are not covered by insurance companies (they are considered “out of pocket” expenses. Therefore, we do not bill insurance companies for therapy services.

Cancellation Policy

We have a “tough love” cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice (not including weekends or holidays) for cancellation. For example, Monday appointments must be cancelled by the Thursday before. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we charge the full amount for your appointment time.

This is firm. Tough love. No exceptions. And, we follow the same policy in return. If we miss your appointment, no matter what reason, we give you a free session.
